RETURN CONDITION

Unused products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.

Note. The product is not unused if there are clear signs of wear and / or dirt. When returning, the products must also have price and product labels attached. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to get to know the product as it is possible in the store. Unpacking the product should be done with general care.

Restrictions on the right of return in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:

(3) 'the contract concerns goods which are manufactured or modified according to the consumer's wishes in such a way that the goods cannot be resold without significant loss or cannot be resold at all;'

(4) 'the contract concerns goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned for resale or are liable to perish or expire rapidly.'

(Consumer Protection Act 20.1.1978 / 38). The seller pays the return postage for domestic deliveries when the return is made in the most economical way. However, return costs are the responsibility of the consumer if the product cannot be transported by normal mail.

If the returned product is damaged by the customer, we will not refund the price of the product. 

 

RESTORATION

NOTE. Free customer return is valid only in Finland. The customer must pay all costs of returns sent from abroad.

NOTE. Packaging is the responsibility of the sender. The products must be carefully packed so that the products are not damaged during transport. The return must include the original packaging and the products must have price and product labels attached.

In addition, all parts, documents and packaging materials included in the package must be included. Visit Salla's online store is not responsible for damage to carelessly packaged returns. The cost of an error on the part of the customer will be charged to the customer.

When exchanging a product for a completely different product, a new order must be placed in the online store for the exchange.If you wish to change the size, please indicate this on the return form.

If the entire order is returned,we do not reimburse the original shipping costs incurred for the order.

Returns can be made directly to our store or by mail as a customer return package with our contract number. You can use the same package for the return as it came as long as the package is intact. If the package is defective, you can use a similar package, as long as the product is protected from damage.

We will pass the information on the return to Klarna. The return will be made by Klarna. The refund will be made back to the same card or bank account from which the order was paid. Klarna usually refunds the money usually within 7 banking days.


UNREVISIBLE PACKAGE

Non - redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages that have not been notified separately, we will charge the shipping and handling costs for the return.€ 20.
 
PROBLEM SITUATIONS


If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
