Delivery policy
The delivery partner for sallashop.visitsalla.fi online store is Posti.
Delivery methods in Finland include pick-up from the store, pick-up from the Post's parcel machine, pick-up from the Post of your choice and Posti's home delivery. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method and are displayed when ordering.
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We offer the following delivery methods:
Pickup from the shop
- Pick up the product you ordered from our store during opening hours.

Pick-up from Posti parcel machine € 5.90
- Pick up the products you ordered from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. See the nearest vending machine. You will be notified by SMS of the arrival of the package and you can pick up your shipment from the vending machine immediately.
Pick up from the Post of your choice € 5.90
- Pick up the products you ordered from the mail of your choice.
- You will be notified by SMS or email of the arrival of the package.
- You can track the progress of the shipment based on the shipment ID.
- Bring your ID when you pick up the shipment.
Delivery abroad
When delivering abroad, we charge the delivery costs charged by the post in accordance with the regional price list of each country. Price lists from 0-2 kg package.
International shipping - Priority package
Delivering to Åland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, UK, Italy, Austria, Norway, France, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark.
Delivery time
If the product you ordered is available from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time to Finland is 3-4 working days. If the product is absolutely desired by a certain date, it must be mentioned separately when placing the order. If the product you ordered is not in our warehouse, we will deliver the order as soon as the products have arrived in our warehouse. We will notify you without delay of any delays or other changes to your order. We are not responsible for any force majeure such as disruption to public transportation or other similar factors that may cause delays. Nor do we compensate for indirect disadvantages caused by delays.
