Mountains, rivers and silence. The lands south of the Koilliskaira area (i.e. north-eastern wilderness areas of Finnish Lapland) are dominated by mountain ridges typical of the watershed, aapa bogs and numerous small streams, which eventually merge into the Kemijoki main stream.
