Skiing to the Liquor Store -event

The only goal of the humorous skiing event is to make it to the liquor store before closing time.

Start is from Saija village (Törmäsenkuja 2) at 10 AM and the finish is in Sallan kirkonkylä at Kansankentura (Kansantie 3), from where it is easy to pick up recovery drinks from a place of your choice. The route is about 43 km long. You can also start from halfway at 1 PM (Hunting Club KERÄ's lodge, Kovelinlehdontie 11, Kelloselkä).

The event is organized by Saija Village Association, Sallan Karhut sports club, and Sallan Latu ja Polku.
